Now that you have reviewed our offerings, simply reply to Jess (admin@innerlightaura.com) with your preferred package, event date and location. From there, we’ll take care of the rest - confirming availability, sending over a contract and invoice and we’ll begin the planning process on our end.

Have any questions or want help picking the best package for your event?

  • Your date is secured once we have received a signed contract & a 50% deposit.

    • 50% deposit due upon signing our contract

    • Final balance is due 2 days before the event

    • Payments Accepted are ACH, Zelle or Credit Card (+3% processing fee)

  • EXAMPLES PICTURED ABOVE

    Our activation branding includes beautifully customized aura cards designed with your logo or event theme. This special detail makes the experience feel personal and gives your event a bonus branded opportunity which is great for social media posts!

    For $175, we’ll design and print up to 100 cards for your event.
    Need more than that? We’re happy to provide a quote for larger quantities.

    If you’d like to remove the Inner Light Aura branding from the cards, that option is available for an additional white-labeling fee upon request.

  • FOR EACH CAMERA SET UP WE WILL NEED:

    • 1 three prong grounded outlet

    • 2-3 chairs

    • 1 small table for the readings

    • 6x6 footprint for our backdrop & camera set-up

  • EACH PACKAGE INCLUDES:

    • 30 minute aura set up & 30 minute breakdown time

    If you would prefer that our team to be set-up earlier than 30 minutes prior to the event - please reach out to Jess and we will send you a quote with the extra time built in.

  • A mini aura reading is a short and sweet interpretation of your guests aura photo so they can understand their unique colors.

    One of our trained readers will walk your guests through the colors, explain what they represent about their energy and share a few insights into their current emotional and physical state.

    Aura readings offer a beautiful moment of reflection and connection!

  • While we always recommend including mini aura readings to give your guests a more personalized experience, we understand that some events prioritize seeing a higher volume of guests.

    If you'd prefer to focus on maximizing the number of portraits taken, we offer the option to skip the individual readings. Instead, each guest will receive their photo along with a descriptive aura color card.

    Package 1 - $850/hour - 40 aura portraits/hour
    Package 2 - $1,250/hour - 75 aura portraits/hour
    Package 3 - $2,000/hour - 150 aura portraits/hour
    Package 4 - $2,750/hr - 225 aura portraits/hour

    Please note - all events require a 2-hour minimum booking.
