Most events are booked 4–6 weeks in advance, with high-demand seasons (holidays, fashion weeks, conference season) booking 2–3 months out. If you have a shorter timeline, reach out — we frequently accommodate quick-turn activations when our schedule allows.

Yes — we are based in Philadelphia, we travel nationwide for brand activations, festivals, and corporate events. Travel fees are based on location and event scope, and we've executed activations in New York, Chicago, Boston, San Francisco, Toronto, and beyond.

Capacity scales with the package we design for your event:
Up to 15 portraits/hour — 1 aura photographer & reader. This is ideal for intimate brand dinners, VIP experiences.
Up to 35 portraits/hour — 2-person team. This is perfect for most corporate events and product launches.
Up to 75 portraits/hour — 4-person team this is built for conferences, larger activations.
Up to 115 portraits/hour — 6-person team which is designed for festivals, trade shows, and large-scale brand activations
